We welcome guests of the Sheraton, Port Douglas and across far North Queensland to enjoy our haven of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation

We provide our clients with the highest quality treatments, which when coupled with market leading skincare, sets our clients on a path to achieving their skin and overall healthcare goals.

Our Spa

At Kaia we are proud to be located at, and partner with, the magnificent team at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas.

Following your spa treatment with us, why not enjoy lunch and a drink or two at Feast Restaurant, or a coffee and a light snack at the air conditioned Palms Cafe.

Special offer – Kaia Day Spa guests receive a special 10% discount on food and beverage purchased on the day of treatment at FEAST and Palms Cafe.

If you visit on Friday – why not enjoy the Sheraton’s High Tea for 2 – from 2 pm – Bookings essential (subject to availability).

Please note use of the resort pools are for in house guests staying at the Sheraton only.

We provide complimentary transfers from all Port Douglas accommodation, so if you are not staying at the Sheraton – once your treatment and lunch are done, we can return you to your own resort, for the relaxation to continue into the afternoon and evening.

Booking Policy

Kaia requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ‘No show’ appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If using a Gift Card please quote your Gift Card number at the time of booking and bring the Gift Card with you to the appointment.

We request all bookings made by Kaia, are secured by a valid credit card- no charges will be applied, or a current Gift Voucher.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, to allow plenty of time for parking and for us to check you in. This will ensure you can enjoy every minute of your scheduled time. Please understand that arriving late will shorten your allocated treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next client.
