Based in newly renovated premises, Kaia is at the forefront of relaxation and rejuvenation, with a specific focus on facial technology based treatments.

Our Spa

Situated at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas. We are a modern day spa and beauty salon with a delightful tasteful decor. Guests of the spa are entitled to spend the day poolside at anyone of the Sheraton’s 7 lagoon pools, post treatment, the ultimate relaxation room (fee of $25 applies). Kaia has two couples treatment rooms, and four single treatment rooms designed with client comfort, relaxation and privacy in mind.

From the moment you arrive at the spa, you will be nurtured by one of our highly trained therapists who will take the time to listen and tailor treatments suited to your needs. At the completion of your spa experience, clients are invited to relax and awake peacefully in our relaxation area, overlooking the garden whilst sipping on our signature teas.

Booking Policy

Kaia requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ‘No show’ appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If using a Gift Card please quote your Gift Card number at the time of booking and bring the Gift Card with you to the appointment.

We request all bookings made by Kaia, are secured by a valid credit card- no charges will be applied, or a current Gift Voucher.

We thank you in advance for making every effort to respect our booking policy.

Spa Etiquette


Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, to allow plenty of time for parking and for us to check you in. This will ensure you can enjoy every minute of your scheduled time. Please understand that arriving late will shorten your allocated treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next client. Remember to re-book your next appointment before you leave the spa to avoid disappointment in not securing your preferred appointment times.

Preserving the Peace

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the spa we respectfully request that mobile phones are to be switched to silent and voices are to be kept low to ensure the enjoyment and relaxation for all clients.

Hygiene Standards

At Kaia we maintain the highest hygiene standards across all treatments. No shortcuts are taken with regards to consumables, single use equipment, cleaning or sterilising or any other component of our treatments to ensure our clients health and safety at all times.
